Possible migrant but it was flying up & down the river bank as if patrolling. Thought of migrating N. waterthrush at first, but I know these two species quite well and Louisiana it is - it may still be there, go to the North Tract of Patuxent Wildlife Research and walk along the short "river loop trail" by the parking lot.
