Hi - Yesterday, Saturday, I saw what looked like a river otter at Western
Run in Baltimore - anyone know if there is an organization that monitors
wildlife in this area?  I'd like to know if otters are known to hang out
here.

Also saw a female Rosebreasted Grosbeak, a female Common Yellowthroat, the
resident Kingfisher, a GBH and the usual robins, mallards etc.
