     I'm trying to get info on Waggoner's Gap hawk watch.  It is near
Carlisle, PA.  I'd like directions from Baltimore and the conditions for
parking and watching.  I've heard the PA Audubon Society has improved the
area.

     If anyone out there knows of an up to date web site for Waggoner's
Gap, that would be appreciated also.
