Also - does anyone here have an interest in the Jones Falls Watershed in Baltimore? Or know a resource? I'd like to communicate about observed wildlife on Western Run. Finally - up in the Shenandoah NP over the weekend - saw a large raptor soaring in company with some turkey vultures - it would soar, then stop still with a waving of wings then soar again - I read that that is characteristic of red tail hawks and not of other larger raptors - true? opinions? Thanks for any help. Joe Halloran lowkey@speakeasy.net ----- Original Message ----- From: "Kurt R.
