The watch began in 1994. *****I must have been asleep when I did this post, as I only forgot to include 4 species totals!! **** See below A seasonal update from Turkey Point, ahead several hundred raptors of last years count at this time. Data includes 10/21, total of 3,218, in 176 count hrs + 18.3 per/hr. Flights on S. winds have continued to be strong throughout the last week. BV- 21 TV-238 OS- 90 BE-123 NH- 17 SS- 1,847 CH- 141 NG- 3 RS- 57 BW- 210 RT- 206 AK- 173 ML- 40 PG- 13 Unid- 39 Flights of Red-shouldered should peak in the near future, with the peak of Red-tailed a little later into November.
