The Turkey Point Hawk Watch is located on the Elk Neck Peninsula in
Cecil County, MD, and operates with all volunteer
counters 7 mornings a week, generally  from 9 AM until noon. The watch
began in 1994.

Ron Kelczewski reported from 10/22, 63 raptors total from 0900 to 1300,
WSW wind 5-10  mph.
