The watch began in 1994. Counters at Turkey Point were delighted to spot the first GOLDEN EAGLE of the season, spotted and identified by the master himself, Charlie Gant. Pat Valdata and Dave Powell counted also, with up to 10 present during the course of the day. Count below was from 9 Am until 2 PM, 161 total raptors. It was a good day for NORTHERN HARRIERS as well, and a big push of BALD EAGLES. And another day of all 3 Falcons!! TV - 18 BE - 20 GE - 1 Seen and identified by Charlie Gant.
