MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Hi MD, I found a single Redpoll this morning, Saturday, Dec. 1, along Breakneck Rd. near the Green Meadow Cemetery in Allegany Co. . The spot is 2-3 miles from Rocky Gap. It flew in with about a half dozen Goldfinches. I viewed it in the scope for 15-20 seconds before it flew out of sight. The red forehead and black chin were unmistakeable. I could not relocate it although it didn't appear to have flown very far. Tree Sparrows have arrived and can be found in small numbers at various spots around the county. Happy trails ....
