This area has been dry for most of the fall.  After last week's rains,
it is now full of ponds, puddles, and puddle ducks.

Highlights were Green-winged teal-- 43
                Black Duck-- 63

Also seen-- Canada Goose-- about 120
            Mallard-- 18
            Gadwall-- 13
            American Wigeon-- 5
            Killdeer-- 8

A December sandpiper is possible-- Last year I saw a Lesser Yellowlegs
on Dec. 12.
