She lives off of Warfieldsburg Rd very close to Rt. 97 and 32 in Carroll Co. The entire family was thrilled and captured the moment on video. >> The turkeys are coming! The turkeys are coming! THEY'RE HERE! Reports are increasing over our way too from the Liberty reservoir area at Rt 140, Glen Falls Rd (29 birds in the Holtz's backyard last spring). The birds have also been seen on both sides of Rt 30 north of Reisterstown & for the last three years on Old Hanover Rd. Bobwhite disappeared from around here several years ago so the success of these gobblers is 'specially gratifying. Heard a woman report that while horseback riding with friends in Finksburg "we were chased by four rabid turkeys on the trail! " She went on to say that fortunately they all escaped without being bitten er-ah pecked.
