I think what happens with viruses and maybe with spam is that people often save mdosprey members' email addresses in their address books at which point they are available to viruses - so it is not the listserv that is the source of the address. RE: financing - I had assumed I guess mistakenly that this was a service of MOS - that Norm managed the list but that the costs were born by the organization - as I assume the website costs are - shouldn't it be that way?
