MD now has 80%. Still short of last year's 81.9, but that is due mostly to the lack of pelagic trips. Just goes to show you how important pelagics would be to anyone contemplating a big year. Last year's list had 8 pelagic species, not listed this year, in addition to Tufted Duck and Loggerhead Shrike. On the other hand, in 2001, we did pick up Razorbill and Painted Bunting, neither seen in 2000. I suppose Barrow's Goldeneye is still a possibility for this year, as are some odd gulls. Did the Seneca Count pick up the Shrike??? Keep 'em coming, I will update as we receive them. Alas, there were no changes to the DC list.
