It is available from Buteo, or was when I purchased mine. The ABA book on birdginding in the Bahamas, which is a Holt/Lane format guide, by local Marylander Tony White, is available from ANS and includes a lot of photos of birds as well as sites to visit. If you visit Grand Bahama, be sure to go to Garden of the Groves (as early as you can, the gates are open and we went in at 7 am although official opening time is later), as well as the Rand Nature Center and Lucaya National Park. All of these are well known to the taxi drivers. The Rand center has some odd hours, you may need to check on this when you get there. One good thing about visiting the Bahamas is that it gives one a chance to see species which occasionally end up as vagrants in the USA, such as La Sagra's Flycatcher, Bahamian Mockingbird, and Western Spindalis (aka, Stripe-headed Tanager).
