White-fronted Goose in Worcester MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit On 12/26/01 I had a single adult G. White-fronted Goose (Greenland form) at the Pocomoke City Sewage Ponds, in with about 2000 Canada Geese. It is the second time I have seen this species here (the other occasion being 26 Feb 1994). The sewage plant entrance is on Dunn Swamp Road, just south of Pocomoke City. It is usually open during normal business hours, and the staff is very friendly. Also, Tundra Swan (32), Am. Black Duck (2), Mallard (50), N. Shoveler (135), Ring-necked Duck (15), Ruddy Duck (140), Killdeer (1), Common Snipe (1), Ring-billed Gull (25) and Herring Gull (1). If you do visit this always birdy locale, please do a complete count of the waterfowl and send me your numbers. Thanks.
