Until this year we've always seen a good number (nearly half the = total) of first-winter birds in the flock, but this year we have not = seen one. I have seen mention of "juvenile" white-crowns in some posts = so I assume there are first-winter WCSp in other areas of MD this year. = Has anyone else seen a similar change this year, or is this just a local = "variation"? Loving this snow and the backyard show!
