Looked like a yound male. I had been watching for this bird all year, for an osprey (possibly this one) had been sighted on Leeds Creek for our St. Michaels CBC back on Dec 16th. I had seen one (possibly this one) almost daily until Dec 30th. Most of Leeds Creek has been free of ice all winter, so I rather suspect this bird has been in the general area all month.
