As I was crossing Eisenhower Av to get to Hunting Creek, Don Messerschmidt spotted me, stopped his vehicle and pointed to where he saw the bird minutes before. Following his directions, the BaGo was found just E of the bridge over the Creek in a large flock of CaGe. This was just before 11:00 AM when the snow was almost blinding. By the time we got back to the car, the snow had stopped. As we passed the site on the way out, there was a group of 3 birders looking over the same spot, presumably, successfully.
