I saw it last week (2/15) where Kingman meets the Anacostia but it flew off before I could examine it in detail and rule out that it wasn't a hybrid. I may have also seen it on 1/25. I thought it could have been a domestic, but from my notes and seeing it again I think that it was probably the Snow. Today I saw it as the tide was rising (12:00 pm). It had a pinkish bill, large white head, the back of the head was streaky black, black and white on the flanks, brown breast (about like CAGO) and white vent. It was about 1/3 smaller than the CAGO. I would appreciate it if someone could confirm it and let me know. I also had 6 FOSP at both Kingman and Kenilworth along the river trail.
