There was also an adult Lesser Black-backed Gull on Skimmer= Island. Other birds of interest included a Peregrine Falcon at E. A. Va= ughn off of Taylors Landing Road. A Clapper Rail on Assategue right by t= he road provided great looks. Two small Canada Geese at Blackwater NWR. = One first year and one adult L. Black-backed Gull at Buelah on 3/1 and an= adult Herring Gull with dirty yellow legs that had me going for a while.= Waterfowl were on the move every where and in Oxford this morning, larg= e rafts of Scaup and Canvasbacks were moving through. Further north of Ocean City we had great looks at Great Cormorant and the= ScaupXTufted Duck, plus Brown-headed and Red-breasted Nuthatches coming = to a feeder together.
