Originally there were a few very fine streaks in Feb., 1999, which were apparently gone by spring. The question is, did they return in subsequent winters? To be sure, you have to have looked up close and personal, preferrably with a telescope. I don't want to start a streaking thread on MDOsprey, so you can just let me know privately.
