There is a fellow not to far from you that had Coopers nesting in his yard last year and one of the birds has just returned. Size can be a bit tricky-there can be overlap on female sharpies/male coopers. A side note on nesting birds- a friend in Baltimore county now has 4 Carolina Wren eggs in a nest. They started laying on March 4th. Will check what block it is in.
