I agree with Chris that it's a Greylag. The lack of white around the bill eliminate an adult White-fronted Goose. Some of the field marks that distinguish it from an immature Greater White-fronted Goose are its lighter head, streaked neck, white barring on the back, grayer overall color--rather than brown, and a lack of any black markings on the bill.
