A V of 53 TUNDRA SWANS calling softly as they flew over. A half dozen TREE SWALLOWS. A female CARDINAL spotted me watching her with nesting material and promptly dropped it. After nonchalantly pretending to be looking elsewhere I did see her approach a nearly complete nest in an olive. At 1:30 this afternoon while at work, I saw 2 adult BALD EAGLES circling over "the store". While watching them a SHARPIE joined in their kettle along with a RED-TAIL. A belated report- I saw my first BLUE-WING TEAL while atlasing last week along with my first RED-TAIL on nest.
