The was a turkey hunt going on so we made the visit brief. We did find a Prarie Warbler and a Black & White Warbler where the main road first comes close to the power lines at the scout camping areas. Earlier that morning we found both Palm warblers, Ruby-crowned & Golden-crowned Kinglets, and Blue-gray Gnatcatchers at Sandy Point, north of the Rangers Headquarters.
