Not an albino, but I had an interesting Turkey Vulture in southern DE, just south of Indian River Inlet, last year on 19 Feb 2001. I got several good photos of this bird which was almost entirely beige-white on the upperwings, with a small triangle of "normal" color on the back. The rest of the body was pretty much normal colored. I have heard at least a couple reports of similar (if not the same) birds, including one from a big vulture flight at, I think, Holiday Beach, ON. I think I have .jpegs on file that I can send to anyone interested.
