Everything else seems to be about on usual schedule. No Yellow-crowned Night-herons here since the nest tipped over two years ago, dumping out baby. A couple of visitors last spring but they didn't stay; just one recent flyover so far this spring, on their way from the stream to somewhere else. While in Southern Maryland or the Eastern Shore a SuTan wouldn't be particularly remarkable, they're quite rare in Baltimore County, most recently reported at Soldier's Delight, where a pair nested for a couple of years recently and might or might not be back this year.
