Ask at your hotel wrt where to get on downtown and get off at the Falls Rd stop. Walk out of the parking area towards Falls Rd and turn left at the park entrance just before you get to to Falls Rd. I believe there is a sign identifying it as "Robert E. Lee Park", better known as simply Lake Roland.
