I just returned from a short visit to my son in the suburbs of Atlanta (north & east of Atlanta). They are everywhere! In the backyard, on the golfcourse, in the woods adjacent to the golfcourse. I must have seen 15 in the 2 days we were there. They seem to be as numerous as our red bellied.
