INTERESTING SIGHTINGS
The Ruby-throated Hummingbird repeatedly attacked the Downy Woodpecker until it left "the Hummer's tree". The Red-breasted Nuthatch had such worn plumage that there were no red feathers left on its breast. The White-eyed Vireo had retained its dark eye from its first winter plumage.
