A friend's pet cockatiel flew out of the house Friday evening (in Crownsville, Herald Harbor area) and they haven't been able to find her yet. She's very friendly (the bird, that is...not my friend), loves to sit on people's shoulders. They call her Ruffy, or Ruffles, and she talks and whistles a lot. You can e-mail me privately if you think you've seen her or have any suggestions. Thanks, Lynette p.s.--Just to make this a legitimate posting ;-} The bluebirds in my box are doing just fine. The parents are still making regular trips to feed them, and even from a good distance I can hear the babies every time the parents go into the box. I continue to evict House Sparrows from the other box, though... ===== Lynette Fullerton Odenton, Anne Arundel Co., MD l_fullerton_1999@yahoo.com "I think I could turn and live with animals, they are so placid and self-contained, I stand and look at them long and long." --Walt Whitman, from Leaves of Grass __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
