It was probably the same bird seen by others yesterday morning. Other warblers in the area included Blackpoll, Redstart, Magnolia, Canada, Yellowthroat, Yellow-rumped, and Ovenbird. Wood Thrush, Veery, Acadian Flycatcher, and Pewee were heard from the surrounding woods. One very quiet empid was also seen in the yard. Several Indigo Buntings were singing vigourously. Last evening, a single Common Nighthawk flew over Friendship Heights, Montgomery County, MD.
