As we agreed earlier, you start paying when my 2002 Total Tick passes 3322.
Yesterday I picked up a few birds in Charles County, including Brown Pelican
at Cobb I.  and Caspian Tern at Allen's Fresh.  Here are my numbers so far:

Don't get out the checkbooks just yet.  I plan to do a few more days of
