So the WTSP would not count, unless by some weird chance it actually was mated and was starting a new, disjunct, WTSP population. As far as DCCO, the same would be true since they are not supposed to be breeding this far up-"river" - but with their explosive expansion these days, who knows? Maybe it should be watched.
