Halpin" Subject: Pacific Loon MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit This is a late post but I was able to easily find the PaLo by the dam at Seneca Creek SP. It was about 1 PM. The bird was about 100 yards away and about 200 yards from the dam, drifting slowly toward the dam. The Common Loon was closer to the dam but close enough to allow a studied comparison of the two species. Thanks to all who earlier posted their findings, Joe Halpin Silver Spring, MD ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
