Directions to both as follows: MONK PARAKEET First heard June 29, seen June 30th and is still present. >From Elkton, head N. on 213. At the traffic circle, take the L. onto Leeds Rd, and then the 2nd R. , which is Breezeway Drive. Proceed to end of cul de sac. Standing up on hill, look forward about 45 degrees, towards a clump of trees. The bird is then described as being on next hill beyond that, and showing agression whenever Turkey Vultures fly over. Gary says he has had excellent looks at it. His number is 410-392-4491 if there are any questions. PAINTED BUNTINGS An unconfirmed sighting, but being described by property owner at 1829 Old Philadelphia Rd. outside of Charlestown. STAY ON MAIN ROAD, OWNER NEXT DOOR IS NOT FRIENDLY, DO NOT PARK IN ANY DRIVEWAY. Gary says description is very accurate. Again, call with ??
