I just received a call from Rick Sussman that there is an immature White Ibis "behind the beaver dam in the boat ramp area" at Black Hill Regional Park (Little Seneca Lake) in Montgomery Co. It was found by Tom Dunn and was still present as of 11:45AM. That's a very scarce bird in MD, not to mention the county. Paul O'Brien Rockville, Mont.
