They lost the last Fish Owl, several flamingo chicks, and who-knows-what-else. I stopped asking when I notice something missing. I saw another dead crow during my walk around the Bird House this morning. (Depressed) staff tell me all their birds have now received their second innoculation, so they are hopeful the worst is over. Please don't tell me West Nile is infecting raptors and owls. I was depressed enough when I heard Blue Jays were affected.
