I spent less time there than yesterday, so may have merely missed some of the species. Today's list: Greater Yellowlegs (1) Lesser Yellowlegs (30+) Semipalmated Sandpiper (20+) Least Sandpiper (20+) Pectoral Sandpiper (3) Stilt Sandpiper (3) Solitary Sandpiper (1) Semipalmated Plover (1) Killdeer (20+) Western Sandpiper (1) Also Laughing Gulls (40+), Ring-billed Gull (1), and two Osprey that chose to stand in the water as if they were eagles. Up the road a ways to Central Sod Farms, the sightings included a couple newly-arrived Golden Plover; American Golden Plover (3) White-rumped Sandpiper (2) Killdeer (60+) Also two Horned Larks and two Cowbirds feeding in the grass.
