The nocturnal calls are not unique notes unrelated to daytime notes, they are a subset of the daytime notes. In fact all the flight notes on Michael O'Brien and Bill Evans' CD were recorded in full daylight. There are, of course, other notes that these birds may make during the day which you will have to learn the hard way. So the CD makes a great base from which to build.
