MIME-version: 1.0 Content-type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1 Content-transfer-encoding: 7BIT In answer to Gail's question about slow birding- I have found this fall's warbler activity slower than usual. I have not seen a single laughing gull, which have become fairly regular August and September flyovers. I have yet to see a nighthawk and have only had one OSF. I have been out birding every day (except for 2) starting the last week of August- and I do tend to keep my eyes open when I'm at home. Of course, the truth will be told in October.
