This should be a big help to folks out looking for their own "hotspot". I have found the ridge at Meadowside Nature Center to be good at bringing in flocks of migrating birds, though it has a north-south orientation. The sun comes up from across the parking lot, then hits the trees at the top of the ridge. Here the birds feed early, while the trees are bathed in sunlight, then they move down into the park, where you can often catch up with them again later in the morning.
