Color and light transmission are excellent! If you are comfortable using 10x optics then these may well be the binocs for you. Check out the "Better View Desired" articles (I can't recall the author) for an in-depth comparison - he voted the Superior E best of class in the 10x range. ********************* Frank Boyle Laurel, MD ravenfrank@earthlink.net ********************* -----Original Message----- From: Maryland Birds & Birding [mailto:MDOSPREY@HOME.EASE.LSOFT.COM] On Behalf Of Kari Cohen Sent: Wednesday, September 18, 2002 3:45 PM To: MDOSPREY@HOME.EASE.LSOFT.COM Subject: [MDOSPREY] Nikon binoculars I'm considering purchasing either the Nikon Venturer 10x42 or the Nikon Superior E 10x42. If anyone owns either binocular, or has used them and could provide any sort of guidance, it would be much appreciated.
