The bird is in the SW corner of the west cell. There were also 9 Golden-Plovers on the crossdike. The sewage plant can be reached by heading west on Bell Rd from the town of Ridgely and looking for the sewage plant on the right. The plant is open till 4pm Mon-Fri. Also, I forgot to report that the Eared Grebe was still present at Hurlock on Wednesday 9/18 according to Jim Stasz.
