Arlene Ripley was there when Danny Bystrak found it. She has an = awesome photo up on her web site: http://www.nestbox.com/sections/rare/grki.jpg=20 Jim Stasz and Matt Haffner were there too along with a couple of volunteers= from Jug Bay. the bird was being quite cooperative after disappearing = into a thicket toward the river. It returned to the power lines where it = actively foraged the whole time I was there (noon - 12:30). Jim figured = this was the 5th state record: Mark Hoffman found the first one, Sue = Ricciardi had one in her yard, Patty Craig had one at Pt. Lookout then = another in her yard, then the Jug Bay bird. Now, after playing hookie for a couple of hours, back to work!
