Well either it or its twin is here now, and apparently has been for a week or two. Janet the gardener says she has seen it around the red and blue Salvias ('flowers' for the rest of us). I had a very close look at it as it foraged around the red flowers near the main path, and could distinguish nothing beyond 'Archilochus female-like'. Come on down and train your binocs on this one.
