If you would like to respond, "Alternative 5: No Federal Wildlife Service involvement in Vulture Damage Management" would be one choice. Also mention that 'no Migratory Bird Depredation Permits' should be issued. The proposal is to 'take' 1,500 TV's and 2,500 BV's. Killing VA vultures would certainly affect MD populations and the reasons given for needing management are questionable.
