If they cross into MD or DC waters, the records committee would be interested in reports/photos/video, etc. Be sure to eliminate other white pelicans of the world (such as the European Eastern White Pelican), which could theoretically be escapees from zoos. It helps us to document, or at least note, MD and DC records separately. A documentation guideline template is on the records committee web pages at the URL in my signature block. Thanks.
