Off the boat dock were 12 Ruddy Ducks. Also present were a single immature Double-crested Cormorant, 1-2 Great Blue Herons, a LOT of Yellow-rumped Warblers, a single female Common Yellowthroat, and a Sharp-shinned Hawk of indeterminate age. A pair of Tree Swallows flew by. The Great Egret present Sunday was no longer in evidence. N. Mockingbird numbers were also way down since Sunday, though I made no count either day. Other waterfowl were limited to Mallards and Canada Geese.
