Behind my house, on Jug Bay, there is quite a build-up of ducks, etc. The flock consists of Shovelers, Gadwalls, Baldpates, Coots, P-b Grebes, Mallards, Blacks, Ruddys and a Ring-neck. They started showing up about a week ago, and are building in number all the time. There is a large area of (i think) Hydrilla that has formed just this year, and it has been fantastic for birds, including Black Terns and Moorhens earlier, and now, shorebirds (Dunlin, White-rump, both Yellowlegs, Least and Pectoral). danny bystrak bristol AA Co. ======================================================================= To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey ======================================================================= =========================================================================
