Field: 5 Junco: 12 Eastern Towhee: 10 Also: Gray Catbird: 4, Brown Thrasher, 1; Common Yellowthroat, 1; Palm Warbler (2 Western), 12; Myrtle, 25; R-C Kinglet, 20; G-C Kinglet, 2, Hermit Thrush, 1, Cooper's Hawk, 2, Sharp-shinned, 2, Red-tail, 1. Lots of Bluebirds passing over -- estimate about 80. Also Robins and a smaller number of Blue Jays. (Is it my imagination, or are the large flocks of BJs we usually see in October thin on the ground this year? Most of the "flocks" I have been seeing consist of 3-5 birds).
